Before you write.
Will we have to shut down while the work happens?
Rarely, and never by surprise. Cutovers are scheduled around trade, which for a venue usually means an early morning or the quietest day of the week. Where something genuinely has to drop, you know beforehand what and for how long.
Do you do the cabling and the physical install?
We scope the job, coordinate the trades and are there for the cutover. Cabling and mounting are done by installers we work with regularly, inside our scope, so it is not a second project for you to manage alongside ours.
What happens after the network goes in?
It stays with the same team. A Wi-Fi problem six months later is a support request, not a new supplier conversation with an installer who has moved on to the next site.
