Do we have to buy through Yathra?
No. Plenty of clients buy their own gear and only want the advice on what to buy. Where we do supply, distribution pricing is competitive on most business hardware and licensing, but the reason to buy through us is that the thing turns up configured, warrantied and recorded, not that it is the cheapest line on a comparison site.
Do we own our licences, or are they tied to Yathra?
You own them. Tenancies, subscriptions and licence agreements sit in your business name and stay with you if you ever move to another provider. Nothing here depends on you staying.
What happens when hardware fails under warranty?
We handle the claim. Serial numbers, warranty terms and return processes are recorded at the point of purchase, so when a device fails two years later nobody is hunting for an old invoice before anything can happen.
