Where does our data go?
It stays in the systems you already run. Agents work inside your own Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Xero tenancy, under permissions you control and can withdraw. We do not lift business data into a separate product to make the automation work.
What happens when the agent gets something wrong?
Someone catches it, because nothing leaves the business without a person approving it. Agents draft, prepare and file; sending, paying and committing stay with your team. The worst case is a bad draft, not a wrong invoice going out the door.
Does this mean replacing people?
No, and that is usually the wrong target. What these agents take on is the admin around the job: the same quote typed twice, invoices chased, reports assembled by hand. The people stay, and the hours go back to work that needs a person.
