The problem

In an owner-led business, the same admin comes back every week: quotes to chase, reminders to send, document packs to build, summaries to write. A chatbot in a browser can tidy an email, but someone still has to find the files and remember to do the work.

What we built

A ready-made AgentBox is a local setup. The Mac mini gives the agent a fixed place to run, and it works only through the tools the client approves. Each job has written instructions, the agent keeps notes on how the business works, and approval rules decide what needs a person. Smaller businesses usually get Hermes, bigger teams OpenClaw.

A custom-built agent is designed around the business’s own systems and rules, the way we built QAI for Q Station. It can run on a Mac mini, in the cloud, or in AWS’s Sydney region with the AI model in Australia too.

Each setup starts with one job, such as quote follow-ups or overdue invoices, and takes on the next once the first runs well.
